Catra was founded in the province of Lecco, in the heart of one of the most industrial and mechanical districts of Italy.
1979
PCM focused on stamping and assembly of steels and light alloys.
1997
Silpa was founded in Bulgaria in 2004 and it focuses on the production of metal components and injection stamping of plastic products.
2004
P&C cannot be missing in Europe's leading car market. In 2013 the tooling and assembly plant in Klipphausen near Dresden (Germany) was completed and production started.
2013
Going on with the Group’s internationalization process, a plant was also started up in Giurgiu, Romania. It’s located not far from Bucharest and right next to the border with Bulgaria, in an area with a strong industrial vocation.
2014
Founded in Bragança in 2015, Catraport is to all intents and purposes the result of the internationalization process that has led Catra and the entire P&C Group to expand at European level with a strategic approach.
2015
P&C Automotive is the Group headquarters of our group. The company founded in 2016 to take on the role of coordinating the network of companies that make up our network. P&C Automotive is the hub that capitalises on the group's vertical integration strategy.
2016
Working as a system to face and win the new challenges of the automotive market. In order to achieve this goal, P&C Group has changed its name and has become P&C System, a solid group in which, however, each company retains its own specificities and its own market segment.
